Reports To: Program Director
Location: New York, NY

Position Summary:

The Clearing House (TCH) has an opening for a Program Analyst in the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO).   The Program Analysts provides data identification, retrieval, analysis and reporting (routine and ad-hoc) to support program level decision-making and facilitate program meetings.  The candidate must possess independent meticulousness and keep abreast of program developments, progress, status, issues and risks.  Responsibilities include: creation, improvement, and maintenance of regular reporting in support of one or more programs; hosting ad-hoc and/or regular program meetings; participation in strategic program-planning, performing data validation and conducting quality control checks to ensure adherence to EPMO policies and procedures.   TCH is looking for a responsible, driven, self-starter, who is able to work efficiently and autonomously.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0-3 years professional experience in analytics position
  • Highly Proficient in Excel
  • Highly Proficient in PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, and statistical skills
  • Ability to independently recognize trends and provide relevant solutions
  • Charting and modeling experience to augment presentment of analytical options
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Qualifications Desired:

  • Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience with operations, banking or technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project
  • Experience in running meetings / committees
  • Experience documenting operational processes
  • Experience in project, product, or program management

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Identify & independently obtain useful program data, and create unique reports for decision support and management reporting
  • Independently manage minor initiatives
  • Research to support program assessment and analysis
  • Communicate effectively across different departments and amongst varying levels of seniority within the organization
  • Ascertain key variables and risks across program-projects and proactively identify solutions
  • Timely and accurate completion of deliverables
  • Support of team initiatives and decision-making processes, including contributing to concept development and solution designs

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
