Position: Identity and Access Management Specialist
Reports To: Access Management Manager
Location: Dallas TX, New York, NY, or Winston-Salem, NC

Position Summary:

The IAM Specialist’s primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and administering security from a user administration perspective for TCH’s information systems. This position manages access to resources and services while enforcing business, privacy, and security policies.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field with minimum of 5 years of experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in Access Management of Cloud solutions 
  • Candidate requires 5+ years of experience performing system administration, managing user identities and access role based access control, to include specific experience with Microsoft Active Directory, SQL, and Unisys Mainframe
  • Experience in access management platform migration
  • Experience in managing access for SaaS applications
  • Experience in Azure Ad
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Experience in creating and maintaining formal program documentation centering around Identity Access Management 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing time sensitive priorities 
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure the firm's policies and procedures are followed and regulatory requirements are met
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications Desired:

  • Ability to work with all levels within the organization
  • Knowledge of ISO27001/ISO31000, NIST 7316 and similar standards 
  • Working Experience with Courion and CyberArk
  • RSA Token Management experience

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Access Management systems and work closely with IT and other business units to ensure identity and access solutions meet or exceed security policies and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Design, develop, and implement Identity and Access Management security across TCH’s infrastructure supporting role based access entitlements schemes and definitions 
  • Document technical solutions, strategies, role inventories, recommendations and key metrics associated with the Identity and Access management program
  • Facilitate business process design as it relates to managing identities and access privileges such as architecture, delegated administration models, workflow models and access control models
  • Play a critical role in the cloud strategy and governance

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
