The Clearing House Association, along with 11 other financial-services trade associations, sent a letter to the regulators who participated in the September 2011 legal-entity-identifier workshop under the auspices of the Financial Stability Board. In the letter the associations encourage the regulators to support the use of the LEI standard that the associations developed specifically in relevant policymaking going forward.
