TCH submitted a comment letter to the OCC on the November 8 revisions to the Company-Run Annual Stress Test Reporting Template and Documentation for Covered Institutions with Total Consolidated Assets of $50 Billion or More (DFAST-14A). While the letter supports the OCC’s efforts to revise the DFAST-14A reporting templates to remain consistent with the FRB’s FR Y-14A reporting templates, it highlights several instances within the revised DFAST-14A template where the changes are not consistent.
