Join us for a two day working session designed to provide participants with the tools to develop and execute their RTP implementation strategy. Attendees will be led through a highly interactive programs designed to help financial institutions of all sizes create a framework for executing an effective strategy for implementing RTP. Issues to be covered include a study of the technical implications of RTP implementation, risk management and fraud considerations and operational impact. In addition, participants will also examine the strategic issues related to the adoption of this new rail including market positioning and adoption strategies. Registrants will walk away with a tool-kit that can used to customize each financial institution's RTP strategy.
