Is your financial institution’s success story our next case study?
Some of the highest rated presentations at our annual conferences are those presented by our members. Why? Because they are presented by your peers, who speak the same language as attendees. They ‘walk the walk’ and take the audience on a journey from problem to solution. Our Concepts Conference is coming to Philadelphia, PA and Grand Rapids, MI this Fall and we want to showcase member success stories as part of the program. Don’t worry, a TCHPA educator will be part of the effort! You don’t have to be an experienced public speaker. You just need to be able to discuss a pain point, your path to a solution or your success story. We’re looking for bright ideas, problems solved and projects or programs that have made a difference. Could your payments success story become an industry best practice? Have you:
- implemented a new product or service?
- improved the account holder experience?
- a team project for which you are proud?
Email education.services@theclearinghouse.org and explain in 2-3 sentences what you have implemented and how it impacts your organization and those you serve. We want to build a session that allows you to share your success while inspiring others. Please submit by April 30th for consideration on this year’s Concepts agenda.
