This webinar will cover consumer and financial institution liability under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act and Regulation E, including how those principles apply to new trends in payments fraud and scams. The presenters will discuss the applicable provisions of Regulation E and its commentary as well as the recent CFPB Frequently Asked Questions compliance aid and related policy considerations. Remember, all TCHPA presented webinars and workshops are available at no charge for members. Our annual Concepts conference is a chargeable event but it is our goal to keep the per attendee cost as low as possible.
