I have worked in the banking industry supporting payments for over 25 years.  I have been with Mercantile Bank for 12 years and currently work as the Assistant Digital Operations & Payments Manager.  My team supports our digital payment channels at the Bank including Wires, ACH, Remote Deposit, Instant Payments, and Bill Pay.  I have had my AAP certification for 18 years.
