Matt O’Neill

Matt O'Neill is the former managing director of the U.S. Secret Service (USSS) Global Investigative Operations Center (GIOC), a position in which he directed and participated in the Service's worldwide cyber investigations. In this role, Matt led high-stakes missions to bring notorious global hackers to justice in the United States.
