Stacey Gross, AAP, APRP, AFPP

Stacey Gross is a Senior Director and Product Manager at FIS, responsible for product development and strategic direction for the organization’s Enterprise Money Movement North America ACH, RTP® and FedNow® solutions.

 

During her 25-year career, Stacey has worked in the financial services and technology industry, where she developed her passion for payments, risk management, and delivering an exceptional client experience.  Prior to joining FIS, Stacey held positions in Sales at Fiserv, and Payments Training and Compliance at The Clearing House.  The majority of Stacey’s career has been spent in management roles at First Niagara Bank (now KeyBank), where she oversaw the Treasury Management Payables suite of products, ACH Operations, and Wire Operations.

 

Stacey enjoys sharing the knowledge she’s gained throughout her career, frequently speaking at regional and national conferences. She is currently a member of The Clearing House Payments Authority’s AAP/APRP Alliance Committee and Nacha Rules sub-committee.  Stacey is a former member of Nacha’s AAP Blue Ribbon Panel, APRP Oversight Panel, APRP Education Task Force, and the former Co-chair of the Center for Payments Staff Development Committee.

 

Stacey holds the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP), and Accredited Faster Payments Professional (AFPP) accreditations, is a certified SAFe Agilist and Product Owner/Product Manager.  In 2025, Stacey completed the Pragmatic Institute’s Product Master certification program.
