Concepts 2026 – 30 years  
Concepts conference, hosted by The Clearing House Payments Authority (TCHPA), May 13-15, 2026, and attended by banks, community banks and credit unions 


1. Concepts Sponsor exposure 
• Table-top exhibit space. Includes one 8 ft. skirted table and two chairs 
• Two conference registrations 
• Company Logo on Rotator and the Concepts Wall of Sponsors
• Concepts Website Sponsor Page 
o Link to your collateral materials (PDFs), website, and videos
o Full year exposure – Concepts Sponsor page will be active until December 31, 2026 
• Your company advertised in the Concepts Event App 
• Pre-conference attendee list emailed 2 weeks prior to the event
• Brand recognition as a Concepts Sponsor through multiple channels prior to and during the event
• Share your knowledge. Submit a proposal to speak and be part of the Concepts agenda
o Submit topic and short description by December 31, 2025 
o Session length should be 40 minutes and must be educational – no sales demo

2. TCHPA Virtual Product Showcase 
• 20-minute virtual product showcase – delivered live and made available on demand through year end
• Share your solution virtually and connect with your future customers
• TCHPA will promote to member financial institutions via website and Payments Pulse Newsletter 

3. Be at TCHPA Guest Speaker
• Share your knowledge on a trending topic in payments
• 30- or 50-minute TCHPA webinar 
• Showcase your company and solution in the “about the speaker” introduction 


Ready to Grow? Just two steps:

1. Concept Sponsor Registration and $4,000 Fee
Payment in full must be made at time of registration on the TCHPA website. BY PAYING AND REGISTERING THROUGH THE TCHPA WEBSITE, CONCEPTS SPONSOR AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE SPONSORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS AVAILABLE AT Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation and Refunds.  Except as provided in Section 6 of the Sponsorship Terms and Conditions, Concepts Sponsor fees are non-refundable. If exhibitor is no longer able to participate during in-person conference hours, there are still promotional benefits to the virtual aspect of this purchase. 

2. Obligations and Requirements of Concepts Sponsor: Must provide a corporate logo to TCHPA for inclusion in conference promotional materials and Concepts Sponsor webpage to maximize exposure to attendees and prospects. Concepts Sponsors are encouraged to register early in the year to make the most of this exposure opportunity.
