This workshop will address the multiple areas of payments risk (credit, fraud, operations, systemic, compliance and cross channel) impacting the ACH Network.  Learn how the NACHA Operating Rules, Regulations D and E, UCC 4A, CFR Part 210, Bank Secrecy Act and cybersecurity rules and regulations affect policies, procedures and processing.  Requirements for documentation, disclosures, notification and transaction monitoring for both receiving and originating financial institutions will also be discussed.
