As Regulation CC and UCC 3 & 4 do not govern the image exchange of checks, this session will cover the image exchange rules for the Federal Reserve and for private exchange. Emphasis on the Federal Reserve Bank Regulation J and Operating Circular 3 as well as the ECCHO Rules will help financial institutions understand the provisions of and the need for rules to support the image exchange and return of checks.
