Business continuity planning is critical to an organization’s risk management strategy, especially as it relates to payments processing. Recent natural disasters have increased the focus on a financial institution’s need for an effective Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Participants in this session will learn about sound business practices as they relate to BCP processes, including monitoring, tabletop exercises and testing, as well as the role of board and senior management.
