CE Filing Instructions

If you have not already received your password via email to log into the NCP database please visit https://www.ecchoonline.org/s/login/and follow the “forgot password” link instructions to receive emailed password. If the system does not recognize your email address, please contact Nicole Hanlin at ncp@theclearinghouse.org or 214-273-3218 for assistance. Please note if you are also a NCP Partner or Provider, you will have a separate user experience including separate portal link and password for managing your organization’s applications than you will have for your personal NCP.

You may enter your completed CE sessions throughout the year and they will display under the “Pending” area until you finalize and pay your filing fee during the regular filing window, January 1st through March 31st of each year for any credits earned in the prior year. Once payment is received and credits are submitted, you will see them in the “CE Status” tab.

Before entering credits, please have your Certificate of Attendance handy or view the list of Pre-Approved CE Sessions . If at any point you have a question about whether your session is pre-approved or not, please feel free to contact us for assistance at 214-273-3200 or ncp@theclearinghouse.org.


Please note: ECCHO’s Receipt of submission does not guarantee acceptance of Credits. Audited submission could be removed as inapplicable. Acceptable credits are based on the content focus on NCP Blueprint subjects.

**Please note: Filing of Credits for sessions not previously approved by ECCHO is based on the honor system and subject to review retroactively for Credit applicability. Credits will be based on the inclusion of subject matter elements of the approved Blueprint which may be updated from time to time. Information about the current Blueprint can be found here .  Please retain all paperwork in case you are randomly selected for an audit.
