Position: Account Services Specialist
Reports To: Director, Account Services
Location: New York, NY

Position Summary:

The Account Services Specialist is responsible for the management of customer on-boarding and off-boarding of all TCH products.

Qualifications Required:

  • 5 years of experience in the area of client integration 
  • 3 years of Payment systems experience 
  • 2 years of Static Data Systems Entry on a large scale basis 
  • Project management experience 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks  
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team-oriented and fast-paced environment  
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written skills  
  • Analytical and detail oriented

Qualifications Desired:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • AAP and/or NCP certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ACH Payment knowledge
  • Back office operations experience

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • On/off board customers (end-to end)
  • Coordinate and manage team meetings 
  • Develop project plans 
  • Update customer profiles 
  • Maintain customer satisfaction goals
  • Ensure the creation of daily and monthly reports
  • Ensure the development of initial and technical documentation required for implementation   
  • Provide sales support when appropriate 
  • Insure that bank credit rating information is updated quarterly
  • Follow-up with legal entities to ensure go-live dates are on track
  • Escalation of issues to your manager on a timely basis
  • Work with the Product, Middleware, Testing and IS Teams within the organization to ensure deliverables from other areas are actioned and completed successfully
  • Able to work nights and weekends when needed

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
