TCH submitted comments on the Nacha Proposal on Third-Party Senders. The proposal would amend the Nacha Rules to clarify obligations related to “nested” Third-Party Senders and Third-Party Sender risk assessment obligations. TCH supported the proposal and agreed with Nacha that the proposed changes would provide clarity on the roles and responsibilities of Third-Party Senders and may help improve ACH network quality.
