Ensuring that the largest banks can be resolved in a safe and orderly manner, without putting either the financial system or taxpayers at risk, is a key element of the post-crisis regulatory framework. TCH has been a constructive partner with policymakers in crafting resolution-related reforms that are credible, reliable and durable, and that effectively and measurably put an end "too big to fail" in the United States.
