NCP Audit FAQs

  • Why are audits required?

Audits are an essential part of maintaining the integrity of the NCP program and its Continuing Education program. Our goal is to ensure we maintain NCP credibility throughout the industry and audits support that objective.

  • Candidates randomly chosen

You were chosen via an algorithm that selects a percentage of active NCPs each year as a representative pool for audit purposes. This is a standard part of all accreditation programs.
  • No repeat audits in a 5-yr period

Once an NCP completes the audit process, the system blocks audit selection of that individual for the next 5 years.

  • Only include CE credits not NCP Workshops

ECCHO hosts and tracks the NCP Workshops each year for each NCP. Workshop reporting not required unless using the workshops for CE credits.
