At least once each calendar year, all RTP Participants must audit its compliance with the RTP Participation and Operating Rules, as required by RTP Operating Rule IX.A.2. Once the self-audit is complete, Participants must complete and retain the RTP Self-Audit Form as evidence of its completion, with any material findings of non-compliance reported to the Participant’s audit committee or equivalent body responsible for overseeing the Participant’s internal controls.
