Collecting and making payments in a secure, cost-effective manner is an important part of every successful company’s business plan. Providing the products and services that account holders need in a timely manner is the goal of every competitive financial institution. Every payments professional needs to keep up with payment trends. That’s why we developed the first Concepts conference in 1998 and why this popular event is still relevant today.

Learn first-hand about the strategies, solutions and innovative payment processes that others are using to grow, compete, and improve business operations. This annual event brings together payments professionals who are looking for guidance from today’s industry experts, networking opportunities and continuing education credits. Topics on the agenda include Digital Payments, Risk, Real-Time, Money Laundering, Card Payments at the Point of Sale, Business Continuity Planning and much more!

Continuing Education Credits
The Concepts Philadelphia agenda was designed to offer up to 7.1 continuing education credits for Accredited ACH Professionals. Up to 3 additional credits may be available for AAPs and 1.2 credits for NCPs who attend the pre-conference Alliance Meeting(s) on Wednesday afternoon. The conference curriculum may also meet the criteria for Certified Treasury Professionals (CTPs).
